Race Registration is at St Polycarps Primary School, Farnham, Waverley Lane, Farnham, Surrey, GU9 8BQ. There is no parking at the school. Please park in the surrounding roads or alternatively at Farnham Station which offers a weekend special ticket. The actual race start is a short walk from the school at the start of the NDW trail. Signs will be in place over race weekend indicating the route from registration to the start line.
The race finish is in the fields behind Knockholt Pound Village Hall. All cars must park at Coolings Green and Pleasant (note this is different to Coolings Garden Centre on Rushmore Hill), Main Road, Knockholt, TN14 7LJ. This is a 5 minute walk from the finish, almost directly opposite the village hall.
For runners coming from further afield, the nearest airport is London Heathrow. The race start is 30 miles from the airport or a 40 minute drive. London is also served by Gatwick which is approximately 40 miles from the race start or just under an hours drive. London Stansted and London Luton are much further afield.
The nearest rail station to the start is Farnham Station which is a 2 minute walk from Race HQ at St. Polycarps School.
Knockholt rail station is the nearest station to the 50 mile finishing point and is just over 2 miles away.
There are plenty of options for accomodation in Farnham although no specific budget accommodation. In Farnham itself and within half a mile of the start point are The Bush Hotel and the Bishops Table Hotel. Just outside of Farnham in the neighbouring town of Aldershot, by far the cheapest option would be to stay at the Premier Inn. You will need to either drive or arrange a taxi from the hotel to the start point at St Polycarps School, Farnham. Alternatively there are many smaller Bed and Breakfast options which can be found by typing Farnham Hotels into google search.
There are no hotels in Knockholt Pound village at the finish.
There will be a shuttle bus operating from the 50 mile finishing point back to Farnham Station.
Competitors who wish to take the shuttle can do so at a cost of £15 and tickets can be purchased here
